Diana Markosian is a contemporary artist whose work spans photography, filmmaking, and installation. She is widely recognized for deeply personal storytelling that merges documentary realism with conceptual narrative.

Her work has been exhibited internationally at institutions including the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the International Center of Photography, the National Portrait Gallery, Foam Amsterdam, and the Museum of Modern Art. In 2025, she received the Madame Figaro Prize at the Rencontres d’Arles for her exhibition Father.

Markosian is the author of two monographs, both recognized as books of the year by the Museum of Modern Art, Time Magazine, and Le Monde. She is currently working on her first feature film, alongside a book with Louis Vuitton and her third monograph, scheduled for publication in 2026. Markosian holds a master’s degree from Columbia University.
